Alexanders sp\u00fcrbare Fortschritte nach einer R\u00fcckenmarkverletzung<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Nach einem Mountainbike-Unfall erlitt Alexander eine inkomplette zervikale R\u00fcckenmarkverletzung. Im Alltag war er dadurch weitgehend auf den Rollstuhl und Unterst\u00fctzung angewiesen. In der fr\u00fchen Rehabilitationsphase waren selbst grundlegende Bewegungen nur mit Hilfe m\u00f6glich, und auch das Gehen war ausschlie\u00dflich mit Unterarmgehst\u00fctzen und Begleitung realisierbar.<\/p>\n

Im Rahmen seiner Rehabilitation begann Alexander mit dem Training am robotikgest\u00fctzten Gangtrainer Lexo<\/a>. Bereits nach den ersten Therapieeinheiten nahm er deutliche Verbesserungen seines Ganggef\u00fchls wahr \u2013 insbesondere hinsichtlich Gleichgewicht, Koordination und K\u00f6rperwahrnehmung.<\/p>\n

Der schrittweise \u00dcbergang von passivem zu aktivem Training erm\u00f6glichte es ihm, seine Muskulatur wieder gezielter und nat\u00fcrlicher einzusetzen. Gleichzeitig sorgte die immersive, spielbasierte Therapieumgebung daf\u00fcr, dass er w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Einheiten motiviert und konzentriert blieb.<\/p>\n

Mit der Zeit \u00fcbertrugen sich die Fortschritte zunehmend auf seinen Alltag mit Unterarmgehst\u00fctzen: Sein Gang wurde kontrollierter, stabiler und sicherer, wodurch er Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt mehr Vertrauen in seine eigenen Bewegungen zur\u00fcckgewinnen konnte.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
