To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a motivated professional with initial relevant experience in accounting who is eager to further develop their expertise and gradually take on additional responsibilities.

Your responsibilities:

• Accounts receivable, including dunning, allocation of incoming payments, and account reconciliation; excluding invoicingSupport with accounts payable, including recording, reviewing, and assigning incoming invoices to the appropriate accounts
• Support with accounts payable, including recording, reviewing, and assigning incoming invoices to the appropriate accounts
• Account assignment and posting of ongoing business transactions
• Processing and posting of travel expenses and credit card statements
• Maintenance of accounting-related master data and transaction data
• Support in maintaining and further developing our ERP system and Finance processes

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial or business-related education
• Ideally, a completed professional accounting qualification
• Initial relevant professional experience in accounting
• Experience with ERP and/or accounting systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA
• Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and spoken German and very good English skills
• Structured, accurate, and reliable way of working
• Strong team spirit and willingness to learn
• Motivation to further develop your accounting expertise and take on additional responsibilities within Finance
