Can a heart rate monitor be intergrated with Omego?
Yes. When using compatible Bluetooth‑connected heart rate sensors, the Omego software (TyroS) allows the patient’s heart rate to be displayed and a target heart rate range to be set. Integrating heart rate monitoring enables both therapists and patients to safely engage in high‑intensity training, tailored to the patient’s functional status and capabilities.
What patient height and weight ranges are supported by Omego Plus?
Omego Plus can accommodate patients with a height range of 130 cm (4’ 3’’) to 200 cm (6’ 6’’) and a maximum body weight of 150 kg.
What makes Omego more advanced than an ergometer?
Omego is a robot-assisted device for multimodal lower limb training that combines assessments, gamified biofeedback, and various therapy modes, with independent leg movement for targeted gait training.
In which positions can Omego Plus training be performed?
Omego Plus can be configured from a reclined position (Fowler) to a safe, upright, verticalized position allowing accommodation of patients across the continuum of care. Safety belts can also be used to ensure stable positioning during therapy.
