As a Product Manager, you play a key role in driving the development and evolution of our products. You identify customer needs, analyze market trends, and translate insights into a clear product strategy. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you guide products through the entire lifecycle—from initial concept to successful market launch. With your strategic mindset and hands-on approach, you create solutions that delight customers and contribute to long-term business success.
Your responsibilities:
- Identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing international customer needs
- Translating customer requirements into innovative yet intuitive software solutions
- Definingthe product vision and roadmap for software portfolio
- Developing global market launch strategies, including product positioning and go-to-market planning
- Developing a consistent and differentiated product strategy for our software portfolio
- Managing the product lifecycle of existing and newly launched software products
- Writing and maintaining clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritizing and managing the product backlog in close alignment with Product Owner
- Managing the product lifecycle of existing and newly launched software products
- Conducting product validation and usability testing during product development
- Close internal collaboration with research, development, quality management, sales, and marketing
- Acting as the central point of contact and advocate for your software products across all stakeholders
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Biomedical Enginerring,Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field; a clinical background is a plus
- Professional experience in product management or sales, ideally in the field of neurological rehabilitation
- Proven ability to translate complex clinical or technical requirements into clear, user-centered software solutions
- Genuine interest in cross-functional collaboration — working closely with customers, therapists, developers, and commercial teams energizes you
- Willingness to travel moderately (20–30%), including international visits to partners and clients
- Excellent written and spoken English and German
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive decisions
- A hands-on, results-oriented mindset
- High level of initiative, curiosity, and the ability to quickly get up to speed in a complex, regulated environment
