As a Product Manager, you play a key role in driving the development and evolution of our products. You identify customer needs, analyze market trends, and translate insights into a clear product strategy. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you guide products through the entire lifecycle—from initial concept to successful market launch. With your strategic mindset and hands-on approach, you create solutions that delight customers and contribute to long-term business success.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing international customer needs
  • Translating customer requirements into innovative yet intuitive software solutions
  • Definingthe product vision and roadmap for software portfolio
  • Developing global market launch strategies, including product positioning and go-to-market planning
  • Developing a consistent and differentiated product strategy for our software portfolio
  • Managing the product lifecycle of existing and newly launched software products
  • Writing and maintaining clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritizing and managing the product backlog in close alignment with Product Owner
  • Managing the product lifecycle of existing and newly launched software products
  • Conducting product validation and usability testing during product development
  • Close internal collaboration with research, development, quality management, sales, and marketing
  • Acting as the central point of contact and advocate for your software products across all stakeholders

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Biomedical Enginerring,Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field; a clinical background is a plus
  • Professional experience in product management or sales, ideally in the field of neurological rehabilitation
  • Proven ability to translate complex clinical or technical requirements into clear, user-centered software solutions
  • Genuine interest in cross-functional collaboration — working closely with customers, therapists, developers, and commercial teams energizes you
  • Willingness to travel moderately (20–30%), including international visits to partners and clients
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive decisions
  • A hands-on, results-oriented mindset
  • High level of initiative, curiosity, and the ability to quickly get up to speed in a complex, regulated environment
