As a Technical Support Engineer at Tyromotion, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and distribution partners around the world. From remote troubleshooting and on-site service to technical training and developing tailored solutions, you’ll help ensure our innovative rehabilitation technologies make a real difference in people’s lives.

Your responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical support contact for customers and distribution partners worldwide (medical devices, both hardware and software)
- Handle customer complaints, service requests, and repair inquiries via phone and email
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting
- Support the field sales team with technical questions and the development of customer-specific solutions
- Prepare customized quotations for maintenance services, spare parts, and repairs
- Perform maintenance and repair work at customer and distributor sites
- Plan and coordinate maintenance appointments
- Conduct technical service training for customers and distribution partners
- Support customers with active and expiring maintenance contracts
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including service and repair manuals
Your Profile:
- Completed technical education (e.g. apprenticeship, HTL, or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong technical understanding and analytical thinking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with a CRM system is an advantage
- Basic ERP knowledge is desirable
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Open, communicative personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a high level of personal responsibility
