Josef Strengthens Mobility and Focus While Living with Multiple Sclerosis

Living with multiple sclerosis (MS) requires consistency, patience, and regular movement. Diagnosed in 2017, Josef understands how important daily exercise is for maintaining mobility and independence.

After a longer break from therapy, Josef returned to Radkersburger Hof for his fourth rehabilitation stay to actively support his mobility and overall well-being.

During his therapy, Josef trained with technology-based rehabilitation, including the Pablo functional rehabilitation device and the Tymo balance training platform. Interactive, game-based exercises challenged both physical coordination and mental focus while promoting controlled movement, stability, and precise motor skills.

While the sessions were demanding, Josef experienced noticeable improvements in walking patterns, balance, and everyday movements—helping him maintain independence and quality of life through consistent, targeted rehabilitation.
